David Luca defended me in a civil harassment restraining order suit filed by someone who was trying to discredit me through the legal system. Each part of the process had it's own stress. Getting served was disconcerting. Finding out that ALL temporary restraining orders, regardless of merit, requ...ire relinquishing firearms (I was a gun owner), was infuriating.
