Tim W. English is a Senior Attorney at the Law Offices of Bo Katzakian, worker's compensation attorneys serving all of Northern California. Tim handles all aspects of worker's compensaiton cases including partially or fully denied claims, UR/IMR disputes, QME selection litigation, SIBTF applications, and 132a/Serious and Wilful violations. His goal is to walk you step by step through a confusing and contensious process to achieve the best results possible.
Besides worker's compensation, Tim has experience in multiple facets of the law, including representing individuals and companies on matters ranging from business and employment disputes, sponsorship negotiations, contract drafting, mediation, equity offerings, venture capital transactions, and litigation.
