We contacted PBR due to a security deposit dispute. They took my credit card number, and made a phone appt for me to speak with Mr. Alexander. He called, charged my card $325, then we spoke for 30 mins about our situation. He shared that the remaining half hour should be used towards him writing our old landlords a letter. He did this, sent it, our previous landlords responded to him. Later that evening, we received an accusatory email from our previous landlords. I forwarded it to Mr. Alexander asking where we stood on our rights. I never heard back. TWO weeks later, he contacts me wondering what I want him to do. He said he hadn't heard anything since he SPOKE to our previous landlords. Spoke to them? I had no clue. So, you take my $325, write a letter (which had grammatical mistakes all over it), then spend more time with the people WE are disputing. Not only that, but never was it shared that they had contacted OUR attorney by phone. Take the money, and do very little. Bravo.
Phillip Rose, Landlord or tenant Attorney
In 2010 I worked as an Attorney with Christopher Alexander providing legal support to me as a paralegal. His work ethic, drive, and calm reasoned approach to solving problems has always made Mr. Alexander a pleasure to work with. I am fortunate to have observed Mr. Alexander develop through his work as a paralegal to becoming a member of the California Bar and practicing Attorney. As a practicing Attorney Mr. Alexander has successfully appeared in court on numerous cases both for law and motion work as well as at trail. Mr. Alexander brings his years of experience in the legal field and in particular his experience dealing with Landlord Tenant matters to aid his clients in resolving their disputes. Christopher is a first class Attorney who vigorously pursues his clients interests and I highly recommend him.
