I had a major criminal case that tied into a restraining order. I was falsely accused of something. Cameron handled the restraining order case. His communication throughout the process was above and beyond. If i emailed him, he would respond back promptly. If i called the office, he would contact me back ASAP. He helped me when I was nervous and was real with me. He let me know what he was thinking and were the situation stood in his mind. He is highly trustworthy and skilled. Don't let his kindness fool you, he controlled the court room. He's aggressive, extremely smart, I called him the legal Mike Tyson after he won my restraining order case. He is the best period. I will recommend Cameron to anyone who needs a criminal lawyer! Get Cameron and win! He will out perform his job tasks as your lawyer. I am so thankful he was mine. You saved my life Cameron in a highly critical situation that revolved around a high felony and I was sick to my stomach with the false accusations. You delivered and then some!

I hired Cameron Bowman in August, 2013. He charged me a $4,500 retainer. It was extremely difficult to contact Cameron Bowman after the payment was made. To contact him, I had to call the law office, speak to the paralegal, and hope to have my call returned by Cameron Bowman.
To make a long story short, I went with another defense attorney who got my case dismissed. Cameron Bowman's assistant/paralegal, JoM, reminded me that the retainer was non-refundable and told me that I could not have access to my file and that the file could only be given to another attorney. I chose to forego the $4,500 I paid him.
All in all, I was extremely disappointed.

Bowman even though was always realistic & honest with us about what could happen, he was always positive about each court date outcome. Though I was always a little worried (naturally) he reassured me when things were positive. We got the best possible outcome for my son with his help. God forbid I ever need a legal help again, I would def go back to Bowman.

I hired Cameron in May of 2014, while i was being investigated due to some allegations that were made about me by the daughter of an acquaintence.
Cameron immediately went to work on the matter and kept me informed of things throughout the entire process.
In Dec. of 2014 the DA filed charges against me, at which point i stayed with Cameron as my attorney.
Cameron quickly came up with a strategy for the case and ramped up his efforts to gain as much of an advantage as possible.
Just today, Cameron got my case dismissed and has given me my life and my future back.
Good attorneys' are hard to find, Cameron is one of the good ones, I highly recommend Cameron, and would hire him again if i had it to do it all over again.
Thanks for everything Cameron.

Cameron Bowman handled our DUI marijuana case professionally and expertly with detailed and aggressive cross examination of the procecutions two police officers star witnesses. He ripped them on cross examination which completely destroying the prosectution’s case. This left the prosecuting DA no choice but to dismiss this case after this damaging testimony completely destroying the prosectution's claims and assertions. We are overjoyed with the dismissal ruling in our case. It took over a year to get a resolution to the case but our first lawyer did not do a good job in our defense. We interviewed Cameron, hired him and he picked up that ball and ran with it to its eventual success outcome. We highly recommend Cameron as an outstanding defense attorney for DUI marijuana or marijuana cases. It is a refreshing change to work with a law group that does not pass off a case to junior lawyers in a firm to handle. At VIB, Valencia, Ippolito & Bowman Attorneys at Law, we interacted with a partner, Cameron Bowman from beginning to end.

I met Cameron while working at the District Attorney's office, and referred several people to his firm (all had very high regards for how Cameron handled their issues). He really supported my niece on a sentencing issue after the public defender did a pretty poor job on it. We really appreciate all he did to help, going above and beyond, and his presence really helped calm our nerves and brought some sanity back into her life.... Cameron is an excellent attorney!

When I walked in to meet with Cameron Bowman for the first time, my world had been turned upside down. I was scared, embarrassed and drowning in emotion. Cameron was incredibly empathetic and compassionate while being professional. I remember him saying to me, "you look like you've seen a ghost. You're going to get through this. It's going to be okay." I could not see the end of that tunnel during that meeting, but at least he gave me hope. My process was long and complicated. I watched Cameron navigate the DA's office and the DMV with skill and patience. He knew everyone by name. They knew him by name and they took him seriously when he argued my case. It was abundantly clear to me that he was fighting both on my behalf and on the principles of the matter. He was passionate and knowledgeable. Cameron was available to me by email and phone whenever I needed him. He let me know what was going on and what to expect.
As a former football player, I know that the best head coaches are those who have worked with both offense and defense. Cameron has done that. He worked at the DA's office for 15 years. He was one of their elite trial attorneys. He now uses that experience and knowledge for the benefit of those who are being prosecuted by the very office for which he used to work. He knows what he's doing. He has my highest recommendation.

Let me start by saying that I am a lawyer who works within the criminal justice system. It was almost painful for me to watch someone else do "my" job, but it gives me the unique opportunity to give you an honest impression that distinguishes the good from the bad. Many people don't know that Cameron Bowman was a highly distinguished prosecutor within the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office. He was on the special operations and homicide teams and he was the felony trial attorney of the year in the late 90s. That means he was the most impressive trial attorney out of the 180 trial attorneys the DA employs. It's a BIG deal.
Fundamentally, you have to understand that criminal cases get resolved in one of three ways: dismissal, settlement, or trial. There are no other options. You will get nowhere on any of those fronts if you can't try a case. DAs won't dismiss or settle cases against sloppy attorneys because they know they can win at trial. They will push forward on cases where they know the defense attorney is lazy or incompetent. They can't do that with Cameron Bowman. He can try circles around most attorneys in this County. That kind of experience is invaluable. It gives him and incredibly unique perspective. He won't make you unrealistic promises, but instead, will guide you through the process. He'll let you know what you can do to improve your own situation and he'll do what he can to manage it. He is well respected by the judges and the prosecutors in this County. And if push comes to shove, there is no one you'd rather have represent you when 12 members of the community are going to decide your fate.

In the Beginning when I hired Mr.Bowman I felt like it was the right choice, then fastfoward to now, not at all. He was very helpful in the beginning and keeping in contact after that not at all, I had to call multiple times to get an answer and sometimes would not get a call back. If I could go back, I would have never hired him. If you hire him and you feel like you are being ignored at any point or time, hire a new lawyer to finish your case!

To start off, mine was a very complicated and one of the most complex cases. There were many accusations and allegations. I was on the verge of collapse and i was completely devastated. To give you an analogy, Cameron was the helping hand for a sinking boat. From the day i stepped into Cameron's office and met with Cameron, he listened to me with patience and empathy. He comforted and consoled me. He explained to me the steps involved. He attacked the problem methodically and meticulously. In every step of the way, he knew exactly what he should do and what i should do. He gave me homeworks, assignments, things that i should do between the court dates. I could clearly see that he was incrementally and slowly building up the case and things started to make sense. I could see that there could be some light at the end of the tunnel. I could clearly see that between the court dates, Cameron worked very hard to understand the complex nature of the case and the various dependencies, issues and things involved. He was very well prepared for the court dates and he knew what could be the potential outcome of each court date. He was very thorough in everything and all the documentation. Everytime i was getting depressed and confused and falling down, he was giving me support and encouraging me to stay positive. Just his presence, or the time spent talking with Cameron gave me enormous amount of courage and confidence to face the monstrous and huge challenge that was in front of me. Finally, Cameron got me the best result and best outcome that is possible. He did not lost sight of the end goal and strived hard to get me better than what he promised. Many times i would not understand what was going on with the court or the documents or with the entire process. Cameron patiently walked me through everything, made me understand everything and literally guided me from agony to success, from pain to positivity and from darkness to light, from misery to hope. I want to thank Cameron from the bottom of my heart for doing everything he did, giving me the best possible outcome, for making a change for the better in my life and in short, for saving my life.
