Description: Client was falsely accused of stalking, making criminal threats and phone harassment. Judge threatened the client with a jail sentence if he exercised his right to trial by jury. Client trusted in us and went to trial. On cross-examination, the complaining witness admitted making numerous falsehoods up and otherwise lying to the police about the facts of the case. Our investigation also turned up an independent witness who could corroborate our client's version of the events. Client was found NOT GUILTY of all charges and sent home.
