I got 2 DUI and hit n run within one month. Extremely concerning situation for me as I am on work visa here and still in queue to get GC. After researching a lot and talking to many lawyers i found Vijay on avvo. Our first meeting itself went way over 2 hour. I recommend you hire a lawyer, and hire Vijay, especially if there are any complications in your case. If nothing else, your burden will be lessened and you can rest easy knowing the best outcome was achieved- and best case, you never know. I'm looking forward to my next meeting with Vijay in a few years time- meaning we'll be filing to expunge my case.

A real gem, honest, persistent and ethical. I would be short of words to say good things about him. Prior to meeting Vijay, I had hired 2 other lawyers for my domestic violence case. I talked to many in search of an empathetic lawyer. Either they wanted me to just take a plea deal or never cared abou...t my case. I lost a lot of money and hope. Eventually, one day Vijay responded to a question of mine on AVVO. It was at that time I felt that I must meet him. I wanted to take my case to trial. I met Vijay and laid out the facts of my case and told him that I will either look for an outright dismissal or a trial. I am not a US Citizen. Taking a DV plea or losing the trial was not an option.
