I will acknowledge that Vijay's communication about the progress of the case could have been more consistent. It was sometimes necessary for me to follow up with him regularly, and there were instances where I had to wait for his responses, even through email. This aspect of the experience could have been improved. After the case was not filed, I tried to work with Vijay to get my arrest record closed, as he had promised. While there were some initial challenges in getting a timely response from him, he eventually addressed the issue and helped me resolve the matter.
