David Wayne Gorley

David did an outstanding job with getting my case (defamation) transferred to the Santa Cruz Court, and refusing to have it transferred back to place of origin due to a bogus argument re "availability of witnesses". There were complications due to another law firm's involvement - covered by separate... insurance, complications that weren't handled optimally, but they were beyond the scope of David's expertise. Accordingly, I could give David only 4 stars re being "knowledgeable" - though that isn't any fault of his own in this particular matter. Overall, I am very pleased with the performance of David, and would highly recommend his legal services to anyone seeking support in his areas of expertise
