I found myself up against a forged and falsified lease agreement with my ex and the tenants who rented our cabin.
The first two lawyers I called said, "good luck." My third call was to Miles Dolinger. After hearing of my situation he simply said, "let me do some research and call you back.'
I received that call back a few hours later and he shared with me his findings. I hired him right then over the phone.
Long story short the tenants were served papers written up by Miles and within 30 days they had vacated the property.
This matter bled into a Hawaii Property matter I was also entangled in with the ex. I kept Miles on as my representation for the California property and as mitigator to my Hawaii Attorney.
It is my conclusion that of the four lawyers that were negotiating this "complex and dual-state issue", Miles would be the only one I would ever rehire. His alignment/walk with integrity and honesty was miles high above the other attorneys.
TRUE NORTH PRINCIPLES, IMPECCABLE INTEGRITY AND HONORABLE HONESTY.
Endless gratitude from me to Attorney Miles Dolinger!
Upon terminating a relationship my ex had created a lease agreement with tenants behind my back. Two Attorneys wished me luck and wanted nothing to do with this. Attorney Miles Dolinger seemed inspired by the challenge and that inspiration coupled with a few documented litigation letters had the tenants running out of the lease and off the property. As for the ex, every trick she pulled from her hat Miles found the fraudulent/hidden door in. If your a landlord in California whose facing seemingly insurmountable circumstance this is your guy.

An awesome lawyer
There is no such thing as a good lawyer right? This man is truly a good lawyer, one that will dissect every detail of the most complex legal problem to identify the most viable path to a favorable outcome. So analysis is what this lawyer is all about, analysis that brought me to resolve a permitting issue with the City of Palo Alto. Impossible to get the bureaucrats to budge? Miles made it happen. Worth every penny I spent on his legal fees.

Excellent Land Use & Zoning Attorney
No-nonsense, straight to the point and very professional… these are the words I would use to describe attorney Miles Dollinger and the legal team at Newman & Marcus, A Law Corporation. In my land use legal issues, Mr. Dolling has always kept me informed and thoroughly explained every step of the process and any residuals, which can be very complicated not to mention overwhelming. I could not be happier with the services I receive from Mr. Dollinger. He is extremely efficient and professional, responsive to my phone calls and emails and always available to answer questions. He is not only very knowledgeable in his field, but his knowledge goes above and beyond the legal field. He welcomes any and all questions I have, having an open-communication policy with his clients. I feel very confident having Mr. Dollinger representing me as he is very hands on, and very thorough with never-ending paperwork. Needless to say, if I ever have land use legal issues, I would definitely go with Mr. Dollinger offices again, and I would recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for representation. He knows his business and he is very good at it.
