Elizabeth Brekhus began practicing civil litigation in Marin County in 1997, specializing in real property and business litigation. Elizabeth is a strong advocate and her commitment to providing excellent legal services and her creativity in solving problems benefit her clients. Elizabeth is also a leader in the community. She was elected Council Member and Mayor of the Town of Ross, and acts as a planning commissioner in that role, and she was elected President of the Marin County Bar Association.

Major practice areas include real property litigation, including failure to disclose cases, adjoining neighbor disputes involving easement, encroachment and tree and view disputes, municipal and zoning matters, commercial and business disputes, breach of contract cases, construction disputes, and insurance litigation.

Elizabeth was elected to a 4-year term on the Ross Town Council in June of 2012, and was elected Mayor in 2014
