To me and my family, Mr Pradeek Susheelan is like an Immigration Expert son or brother or a family member in family.

My family knew Pradeek since last four years and we have not been to any other attorneies since then. My family consists of 5 with me, my wife and three childeren with varities of immigration problems like H1, H4, F1, marriage to American citizan, DACA, Renewal of DACA and last but not least, proceed...ing for removal and many more. These many varities of problems need immigration advise not only during Monday to Friday, but also after 5 pm on Friday to next week Monday morning including Saturday, Sunday and other holidays. And Mr. Pradeek was always there whenever we needed him. He is like an Immigration Expert in family who is ready to help 24/7-365. and he is trustworthy and responsive because he was always there whenever ewe needed him. First time when we met Mr. Pradeek four years ago, we thought he will finish in 15 to 30 minutes like other lawyers, (and believe me, i have seen atleast 6 to 7 lawers in our 11 years stay in USA.) but he took more than two and half hours explaining me and my family with different problems and solutions to them and we came out very happy and contented from his office. Since then we have moved wherever Mr. Pradeek has moved, initiallly with an Indian firm and then to M/S Foggle Immigration and we and my family and my friends will keep doing this wherever Pradeek goes because we all need peace of mind in this matter and it is available with Mr. Pradeek.

Thanks Pradeek!

He is a great immigration lawyer. He gave me the right answers whenever I asked him about my case. He is very informed about new immigration laws. He is very kind and friendly. He didn't say just "Yes" or "No" about my questions .....like most of lawyers.....He was trying to find the correct answers ...and the right ways. I think he is the best one. I just came back from Korea yesterday. I had a great time with my family and friends. I had no problems with my greencard when I came back into America. My dream came true. Thanks Pradeek!

The attorney who you can really trust.

I would like to say that Mr. Susheelan is very professional. He is very knowledgeable and well experienced which bring the best result possible. He was also helpful in areas of law that I did not actually hire him for. He is always supportive and always willing to listen and give the best advice. He ...helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. I would highly recommend Mr. Susheelan to my friends and family.

Poor Legal Guidance on Immigration-Criminal Issue

I approached Pradeek for guidance on a complex immigration matter involving a criminal element. Unfortunately, the experience was not helpful—he didn’t give me much opportunity to explain my situation and repeatedly advised me to obtain a police report. However, he seemed unaware of the fundamental p...olicy that police departments typically do not release reports to individuals listed as ‘suspects.’ I only found this out after a two-hour drive to the station. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend him for immigration cases that involve criminal complications. He also charged me twice and still waiting for a refund even after reminding him already.

Thank you for the feedback. Professional responsibility rules limit what I can say about any specific consultation, but a few general points for anyone reading. In immigration matters involving prior criminal contact, USCIS requires arrest records and police incident reports — or documented evidence of a good-faith attempt to obtain them. Without that documentation, immigration advice is necessarily speculative, which is why I ask prospective clients to begin the records request before our consultation. Police-department release policies vary considerably. Many jurisdictions release arrest records and incident reports directly to the individual involved — particularly once a matter is closed, declined, or resolved — while others have more restrictive practices. Immigration law, by contrast, is a federal practice. An immigration attorney's expertise lies in analyzing how a criminal record affects status under federal law — inadmissibility and deportability grounds under the INA, categorical analysis of crimes involving moral turpitude and aggravated felonies, waiver eligibility, and USCIS documentation requirements. Local records-access procedures are administered by the police agencies themselves and best handled by the individual directly or with local criminal defense counsel. Those two domains are distinct. On billing: my office uses a self-service online booking system on our website through which clients schedule consultations directly. Two separate appointments were scheduled here, each carrying its own fee, which is why the system processed two charges — there was no duplicate billing by the firm. I had instructed the client to reschedule once the required records were obtained; when no rescheduling occurred, I manually initiated refunds for both fees, even though my time had already been spent on two calls. I wish you the best with your immigration matter.
