I asked Jason to write a letter to my city, cc'd to certain property owners reminding them of their responsibilities regarding creek maintenance in advance of a wet year which might lead to possible flooding. This required a careful balancing of fact and threat. It needed to sound pleasantly neutra...l but very matter of fact and professional. I thought Jason did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with the outcome. Jason was also easy to work with, accessible and charged extremely reasonable fees for first class service.
