Just terrible. Doesn't matter what list or association he belongs to, he's terrible. He's been licensed for 52 years, no idea how good he was in the past, but here and now he is simply terrible. I was fortunate to enough to switch attorneys before this guy ran me into a terrible deal. He absolutely insisted, nearly to the point of yelling at me, that I plead to DUI with all the penalties. I switched to a new attorney who got me wet reckless (I was high BAC) in about 10 minutes.
I was fortunate to enough to switch attorneys before Noonan ran me into a terrible deal. In conducting my search for new attorney I ran across three lawyers who had clients that had dropped Noonan. Do yourself a huge favor, pick any other DUI attorney.
