Allowed my ex to have is way in my divorce decree. I kept pointing out his lies to her before the judge. Because she was my counsel the judge would not let me defend myself. Nor did Barbara. You would do better defending yourself than to hire this individual. In addition she has not refund my left ov...er retainer money, said she would hold to on to it in case I needed her services later. I told her I would prefer my money back and while it is a over $600 she refuses to return it by not answering her phone. Save yourself additional heartache and further issues with a "lawyer" obviously for your money not your rights.
