Kalpana provided legal services for both me and my husband. She exceeded our expectations each and every time. She has a hard-working, knowledgeable legal team that diligently and effectively dealt with our case, with special thanks to Shana her legal assistant. We would definitely recommend her services.

Kalpana helped my fiancee get her U.S. visa while living in India. Kalpana had enough experience to anticipate common issues with obtaining supporting documents for our case, and was able to help us avoid delays and keep us on track to meet deadlines. She coached my fiancee through mock interviews with questions that the consulate was likely to ask in Chennai, and did the same for our joint interview here in the U.S. She was thorough, organized, and proactive every step of the way, making sure we understood exactly what to expect. Immigration issues can be stressful, and Kalpana gave us peace of mind and confidence that we were presenting the best case we could.

Kalpana and her staff helped with my mother's green card processing - a fairly complex process since my mother was actually born in Rawalpindi pre partition.
Kalpana knew exactly what was required and facilitated the process for us with expertise.
Her staff was terrific too - I always got timely responses to both emails and phone calls.
I would recommend this team to anyone who needs help or advice with immigration processes.
Tejas Shah, Immigration Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Kalpana and I have known each other since 2011, and have no hesitation in labeling her one of the finest immigration lawyers I know. Kalpana and I are currently co-chairing the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) North America immigration committee with Aarti Kohli, and I am well-aware of her expertise first-hand. She demonstrates great conscientiousness and is truly an advocate and leader in the immigration community. A few years ago, when ICE closed down a University offering online courses to foreign nationals in the Bay Area called Tri-Valley University, Kalpana became a national leader in advocating for affected students. She represented many of these students in their reinstatement at other Universities, and she successfully helped many of them through removal proceedings. She was creative and sensitive to her clients' needs, and I often turned to her for guidance while representing many students. I am confident that she is an outstanding immigration advocate for her clients.
