We contacted Hasan to get my wife's H4 and EAD approval. Once we gave his team our details, it took a short span of 2.5 months to get our approvals! Throughout the procedure Hasan was always available on phone or email to answer any of our concerns. I would reach out to him for any future immigration needs.

Words fall short of describing what a fantastic, honest, kind and knowledgeable lawyer Hasan is. He is one of those very rare people you come across these days that don't just work for money, but for you and your best interests! I could go on and on about how good their business practices are, Sunita is fantastic, I consulted Hasan in middle of a RFE process and after a bad experience with another lawyer. Hasan is to the point, very honest and after following his advise we had a successful outcome to our case. Keep up the great work Hasan and the entire team! The world needs more people like you :)

Hassan is one of the best immigration attorney in bay area. He is very punctual in communicating the updates.
His knowledge on the immigration and non immigration issues is highly commendable. He makes sure that the client is aware of all the trivial and non-trivial details of the case and shares his honest opinion. I highly recommend this attorney.

I was recommended to Hasan by one of my friends. He is very knowledgable, professional and friendly at the same time. He was very honest and patient with me. He gave me his time even beyond the detailed consultation. He always returned my emails in a timely fashion and I could call him for follow up questions with no extra charge even before being a client. He truly focuses on getting your situation resolved and looks for your best interest. I definitely recommend him to anybody.

I am here to appreciate Mr. Hasan Abdullah for the great work he done to me.
I was so worried when I got OPT RFE regarding Address proofs, Masters Degree Transcripts and Course syllabus. At that moment I don't have any address proofs as I" am sharing room with my friends. One of my friend recommended Hassan reference, then I got to know him. When I approached him, he went thoroughly with my RFE and worked on it diligently and came up with the efficient documents and cover letter which relevantly answer my RFE in the given time and got approved.
Hasan and his staff especially Mrs. Suneetha worked very responsive, friendly and in timely fashion. I believe he was very reasonable and trustworthy person.
I strongly recommend American Visa Law Group for any kind of USCIS issues.

I was deported to south east Asia few years ago but I made it back to USA & ultimately won my case with Hasans help. I had a extremely complex case but Hasan guided me & together we had a plan.. It wasn't easy it was hard & scary for me to go through it but I made it back & will be getting my green card in a few months.. I thought I had no chance of even returning to the U.S. I had to make a lot of sacrifices..I was detained for almost 7 months at INS detention facility before I was released I had to go through a grueling interview with asylum officer to establish that I had a credible fear of persecution & during the interview Hasan was on the phone with me. Few months after the interview (while still being detained had to be very patient process while being detained is very slow..I had to stay strong & pray with absolute faith Everyday) results came out & asylum officer established that I had a credible fear of persecution, after that it was just a matter of time until I was going to be released.
I've been released since & last September 2015 immigration judge granted my case we had a prosecutor who was real pain in the butt but the IJ ruled on our side & granted me relief. I thought with my past convictions & record that I had no chance of making it back but with Hasans help & guidance I was able to conquer my fears & I was confident enough to go through with it & everything worked out. Hasan is diligent with his work & was always there when I needed him especially In the detention facility when I was so uncertain of the outcome, he also paid me a visit at the detention center in San Diego which provided me a lot of hope & security.
I appreciate all your help Hasan I know we experienced a lot from this incredible journey.
Thank you & stay strong !!

I had few concerns about how my parents should maintain their status in USA as permanent residents. Hasan was able to answer most of them very quickly and later he emailed me the questions that he could not answer. I found him a very nice, friendly and an honest lawyer who tries his best to find the right answer. I will certainly go back to him for my future need.

I was impacted by RIF on an L1 and prepared myself to pack my bags and leave the country. I decided to meet Hasan on a whim and what an apt decision it turned out to be.
Hasan guided us on the options we had at hand. Even when multiple lawyers on an immigration chat board didn't see merit in my case, Hasan persisted and provided key inputs that made my case feasible. His awareness of immigration law and readiness to help with sharing legal details even though he was not filing my petition are the primary reason my petition got filed.
I THANK Hasan profusely. My family and I will always remember him and will never forget that today happened only because of his guidance.

Throughout quite a few years, Hasan's services have proven invaluable to me. He has helped me obtain multiple extensions to my work visa, as well as obtain a green card when I finally decided to seek an immigrant status. He has always provided me with a proper advice specific to my case, and has made the application process seem effortless rather than challenging. Thank you, Hasan!
