Great attorney for estate planning, unconditionally recommended
Did an estate trust for my wife and me. The entire process from start to end was professional, accurate, thorough, well explained, well documented, timely and done at a reasonable price. She was knowledgeable and a great explainer with regards to options. She has done this process many times and is highly proficient and patient with the inevitable questions from clients.
We had Ann do both our original Family Trust and a restatement of the trust, which was a much better way to structure our trust than I has insisted on originally.
I cannot speak more highly of her. Knowledgeable, precise, well spoken. She cares about the people for whom she is providing service.
She was very flexible in meeting our needs to review and notarize both the trusts we had her create.
Fair minded and fair priced, if we ever have a question (yes trusts can be complicated) I would definitely go back to her. I would recommend her to anyone
I have always enjoyed helping clients achieve peace of mind in getting their "affairs in order" with foundational estate planning. And given the pandemic and so many unknowns in the world, the peace of mind is greater than ever. I am currently able to turn around the documents after I have all the information I need from clients in very short order, and I have a secure server where confidential documents are uploaded and reviewed by both of us. I try to make the process as seamless as possible, which we can all use these days! Be safe, Ann

Peace of mind in troubling times
When I got my divorce packet plunked down at my doorstep one morning and found that my soon to be ex husband had hired a lawyer, I realized that I was going to have to hire representation as well. I had no idea where to even start to look! I did a bit of research online and seeing so may good reviews, I contacted Ann Saponara. I realized right away that I made the right call, as she made me feel, immediately, more comfortable about my upcoming divorce proceedings. Ann very patiently, made sure that I understood everything that I was to sign before I signed it. She got me through many months of emotionally packed legal proceedings and never did I feel misunderstood or uninformed.
Her demeanor is forthright, friendly and optimistic, her knowledge of the legal system and how to navigate it is impressive. Her advice and her rates are both fair and consistent.
Integrity and honesty are very important traits, for me personally, so I feel fortunate, in the extreme, to have found a lawyer with those same values.

Will and Power of Attorney preparation
Ann was approachable and communicative on the subject matter. Was willing to answer a range of questions and could discuss details in plain language, without resorting to too much legal terminology.

Very efficient
We had Ms. Saponara re-work our antiquated Living Trust and Wills. We needed to have this completed before we left the continental United States last year. She went over them thoroughly and was able to turn them around very quickly, and my husband and I really appreciated that. Ms. Saponara also explains things without using "legaleeze." I highly recommend her.

Friendly and knowledgeable.
Ann is a very friendly and calm individual. She makes the legal language easy for us to understand and helps us in making informed decisions. She is patient and answers every questions, even if sometimes they are repetitive. She has always kept us informed about the progress of our case, incorporating changes whenever necessary. Our overall experience with Ann has been great.
I believe Ann Saponara did a superb job on our estate planning documents. She listened fully and unhurriedly to our desires, and cheerfully revised part of the form of the living trust draft to suit our preferences. It was a pleasure working with her and it is comforting to know she will continue to assist us and our family as life changes occur. She is a true and passionate advocate for her clients.

Estate Planning
My mother needed to update her living trust which was originally created over 30 years ago. Beneficiaries needed to be added and deleted. Ann Saponara was referred to me via a lawyer friend of mine. My mom and I met with Ann, and our initial impression of her was very positive. Ann listened to our concerns, and we presented her with the original living trust that needed to be modified. She told us that it would take her about a week for her to review the documents and make the necessary changes. I received a call from Ann's office a week later stating that the document was ready to be reviewed. I went to pick it up to review it with my mom. Because of my work schedule, my mom's personal schedule, and Ann's client schedule, we made an appointment that was mutually agreed upon for the final signatures. The whole process from beginning, middle and end went smoothly, and my mom and I were treated warmly and with much respect. Also, because of my mom's fixed income, Ann proposed a fee that was affordable.
I would highly recommend Ann to any person who needs a living trust.

Quick and competant
My husband was very ill and we needed a family trust drawn up as soon as possible. Ann was there for us - understanding, speedy, thorough. We could not have asked for better service or a more compassionate lawyer.

Very pleased
Was searching for a lawyer to create a trust in my area. Ann was the right attorney because she showed a bit of compassion for the type trust I wanted. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The final version of the trust was in a binder -- I also wanted a scanned version for my computer so I could send a copy via email. This was no problem.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
"Ann and I have crossed swords twice now in contested will and trust scenarios. She is dedicated to firmly advocating her client's position. She is civil and professional with opposing counsel. She bought girl scout cookies from me when I took my daughter with me to court. Thanks Ann."
