Ann Saponara

About me

I have a great deal of experience as litigator.  Although my practice now focuses primarily on probate, planning and administration, I am well aware of the types of pitfalls that can render planning and administration vulnerable to litigation.

I represent select clients in family law and landlord-tenant litigation.

Ann and I have crossed swords twice now in contested will and trust scenarios. She is dedicated to firmly advocating her client's position. She is civil and professional with opposing counsel. She bought girl scout cookies from me when I took my daughter with me to court. Thanks Ann.
