Both times that I hired him, it was for my son, and they were very serious cases. Mr. Choyce is smart, professional, practical, and relatable. He is a serious person, who listens, speaks in laymens terms, so that you understand what is going on. Not like some that I have experience, who talk over y...ou, and dont take the time to really answer your questions.The second case got very close to going to trial, however, I was confident that I had the best of the best representing my son. Thank God that after willing to go to trial, we got a deal that, I think was a win win.I would definitely, without a question, hire Mr. Choyce again!

I hired Mr. Choyce 2 months ago. He was the second lawyer I hired for my sons case, which he ...was being charged with 3 felonies. I knew that I made the right decision when my son called me from jail, and told me " I like him mom, he actually listened to what I had to say, and responded in a way that I understood". Mr.Choyce made me feel like our situation was important to him. If I had a concern he always took out time to communicate with me until I felt comfortable about any situation concerning the case. For a busy, I considered this great service. The big part of this review is that after my son spending 7 months in jail, Mr. Choyce was able to work a great deal, that will prevent my son's record from being tarnished for future opportunities.

I got a photo red light ticket in Sac, called the office and was assured by Amber that my ticket would be dismissed or fees reduced. I hired them and paid the 500.00 fee. Many months went by with no contact from their office, and me having to call the office to see what was going on. Then I received ...a notice that I had lost the case, and that the fees would not be reduced. Now I end up paying another 531.00 to the court. Not what I was told would happen. I know that nothing is certain, but in my initial call I was led to believe that dismissal or fee reduction was a sure thing. I called the office several times to discuss with them but got no calls back, then when I finally did get through and I asked them to make it right they declined. They have poor business practices and an unhappy ex client.
