The exact same things as above happened to me. I paid this man a lot of money and he didn't do anything. I lost my case because of his incompetence, lack of preparation and dishonesty. I found out he was leaking information to the other party. I basically paid this man to defend the other side. What a joke of a lawyer.

I got a referral from Bar Assoc. he tried to charge me for the consultation that the bar assoc. fee covered. Then he gave me a useless document that was filled with typos that he typed up 10 minutes. He seemed to not give a damn at all. Awful. Did not take the time at all that I paid for.

I paid $30 for consultation from Contra Costa Bar Association and let me speak for 10mins about my case and spoke for 2 mins and he's done. Why would I even consider hiring this guy. With the information he gave me I could have just called a friend and that's for free.
