I cannot recommend JC Law Group highly enough. Jeff is kind, extremely proficient, helpful, compassionate, easy to talk to, and supportive. I felt confident that Jeff always had my best interests in mind. He was always available to discuss options and answer questions. The other staff are also very knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to answer questions. On the day of my hearing, there were other people present with their attorneys. I could hear them talking, and it became quickly apparent to me that I had the best attorney there, and I felt truly grateful. Going through bankruptcy is a difficult process. Jeff made it much easier for me, and I so appreciate all of his help. If you or someone you know is considering bankruptcy, please contact JC Law Group. They will help you consider options, find the best course for you, and help you through the process with compassion and skill.

I can’t say enough good things about Jeff. He helped me out of a rough situation with a suit from a previous employer. Jeff spelled out all my options and let me choose the path I needed to take. I unfortunately had to go through a trial as part of my chapter 7 filing and the he represented me well in court. His input helped come to a reasonable solution. He always had my best interests in mind and gave me valuable advice.

Let's face it, going through a bankruptcy is one of the most nerve-wracking and scary experiences that one can voluntarily go through. When you feel like you've hit rock bottom, it's hard to know who to trust that will have your best interest at heart. I feel grateful that I had Jeff Curl as my attorney!
He came as a recommendation from a friend, who said it was the best thing she did and she highly recommended I use Jeff.
I was nervous and clueless about my options and what I should do. So the first meeting was essential to learning what my options were. Jeff was low-pressure. It was matter of fact, here's what you could do. At that point, he left it in my hands to decide without any pushing in any one direction...just a layout of the playing field.
Once I came to the decision to move forward, the entire staff at JC Law Group was so great at making me feel comfortable, reassured and in good hands. I was instantly confident in their expertise, knowledge and experience.
They didn't look at me as a paycheck, but as a real person with real issues and emotions. They understood the stress and held my hand throughout the entire process...giving me heads up on potential issues, what to be prepared for, how it would be handled...It was basically a beginning to end set of expectations. Knowing what was ahead, having a plan, and having their expertise truly helped.
If you're looking for people who care, yet also have the skills and experience to superbly handle a bankruptcy, then JC Law Group is the best route you can go in the Bay Area.
