Lawrence Viola represented me on a case that required extensive experience in family law as well as litigation. He provides a thorough counseling and devises a working and realistic strategy. Lawrence successfully guided me through the entire process. I knew what to expect in and out of the courtroom and we prepared for every possible opportunity. He and his staff took care of everything; deadlines were met, follow-up occurred promptly, and every detail was handled. As a result, we won the case very much to my satisfaction.

If I could give Mr. Viola and his office 10 stars, I would.
I’m in the second year of a very ugly custody battle and I could not be happier that I have Mr. Viola and his staff on my side. For the first year of my case, another attorney who unexpectedly retired represented me. Since I was left with no attorney, I started working with another firm that there were many misunderstanding and miscommunication and I was forced to look into other options, which was a blessing in disguise because that’s how I ended up working with Mr. Viola and his firm.
Both Mr. Viola and his staff are exceptional.
Mr. Viola is very understanding, compassionate, responsible, with the client’s best interest always in mind. He had to represent me in court only a few days after he met me and once he got into the courtroom, he was amazing. He was very aggressive, made undisputable arguments, was very quick to his responses and the judge ruled in our favor. He fought for the best interest of my child, like it was his own.
Elizabeth, who is a paralegal in the office, is a pleasure to work with as well. She is very polite and resourceful and always responds to my emails within a few minutes from when I sent them.
I’m very thankful and appreciative for the all the effort and attention that Mr. Viola and his staff are giving to my case and for the consideration they have shown to my situation.
I would very highly recommend this firm to anyone going through a divorce or child custody case.

I hired Mr. Viola to advise me on a business matter concerning the protection of my IP. I was aware that was not a big case, for him, on the contrary, it was quite small. IStill, I found him to be very thorough, seeking the full story before offering any advice. His council was always measured, appropriate, thoughtful and importantly, trustworthy. I highly reccomend Lawrence, and his firm.
Note: Responsiveness is is always an issue with a lawyer who is in high demand. Lawrence is constantly meeting with clients, or in court, but the most I ever had to wait for a response was 24 hours. I consider his personal attention a real mark of professionalisim. Should the need arise, I won't hesitate to use him again.
