Thank You Haitham Edward Ballout

Haitham really is amazing. He is very professional, friendly and personable, and honestly cares about his clients. His office staff is also very helpful and professional. I thought that the process of getting my greencard and my interview would be difficult, even with a lawyer, because I have he...ard horror stories from some of my friends, but Haitham made everything easy for me and I would have been lost without his expertise, kindness, and guidance. Anytime I called with a question, he is always available to talk to me and give me advice. Haithan's expertise is invaluable, and he is so knowledgable I highly recommend him to everyone. A GREAT LAYWER

I FOUND OUT ABOUT HIM AFTER MY PREVIOUS LAWYER FAILED TWO TIMES AND WAS VERY POOR IN COMMUNICATION WITH ME. Mr. BALLOUT GUIDED ME WITH EACH AND EVERY STEP AND GAVE ME CONFIDENCE. EVEN AT THE INTERVIEW HE HAD MY BACK AND SPOKE ON MY BEHALF UNLIKE THE OTHER PREVIOUS LAWYER WHO KEPT HIS MOUTH SHUT THROU...GHOUT THE WHOLE INTERVIEW. HE DID AN EXCELLENT WORK AND HIS STAFF KEPT ME POSTED THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CASE. HE EVEN HELPED MY CASE BY APPROVING MY CASE FROM DEPORTATION TO G.C.......I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Immigration-Green Card Application

The circumstances of my wife's case had some complications and Haitham understood the issues immediately and had solutions. His staff were efficient in completing the application forms and Haitham personally checked all the documents for accuracy. He kept us informed consistently and made my wife a...nd I very comfortable that he was on top of the situaion.

N-400 Naturalization Experience with the experienced and affordable lawyer

Everyone knows that the naturalization process is the final step on the way of becoming a United States Citizen. And while it may seem that it is a simple process, often it is not. It requires good expertise, knowledge, and experience. Mr. Ballout has it all what it takes to help you with immigration... process. He is honest and straightforward, and his fees are very reasonable, comparing to other lawyers with 20+ years of experience in immigration field. I have met and spoke to several other lawyers, but wasnt sure who to work with until I met Mr. Ballout and his staff. Starting from the first meeting he gave me confidence about his knowledge/experience of immigration laws, and pointed out important things about the naturalization process. He is very respectful and friendly, and always stays on the top of everything. i601 waiver application approval

I live in Walnut Creek and I was referred to Mr. Ballout from a friend to help me with my wife's i601 waiver application. I made an appointment, drove to Burlingame, and hired him immediately after meeting with him for just 15 minutes. Not only was the initial consultation very relaxed and honest but... the options that he offered were better than ones I heard from other attorneys. I was correct with my intuition. His firm got the 601 approved in less than 2 months. They are straight down the line, don't make promises they can't deliver on, and don't compromise on their standards when it comes to applications. Also, Mr Ballout will tell you upfront whether or not he can do your case unlike many other attorneys. I would thoroughly recommend his law office.
