A Dream Come True

After being in Immigration Court for eight years, fighting deportation order against me and pursue in getting my green card. I have hired three different lawyers who claim that they are the best in the business. They charged me alot of money, and got me know where. I met with at least ten lawyers (if... not more) for counseling and they all had no answer for me. My co-workers recommended the law office of Haitham Ballout. At the beginning I was very hesitant to spend more of my hard earned money to receive the same negative response. But I decided to give it one more chance. I flew from Los Angeles to San Francisco to speak with Mr. Ballout. He showed alot of confidence and knowledge in regards to my situation. I hired him and it was the best decision I ever made. Mr. Ballout reversed the deportation order against me and right now I am in the process of getting my own green card. This experience has given me and my family a peace of mind. I highly recommend Mr. Ballout for those who are in need of resolving immigration issues. Mr. Ballout and his staff were all very helpful and respectful to answer all of my questions even if I asked the same questions a number of times. They were extremely patient and kind.

please hear my story

i had a dificult imigration case in which two previous lawyers could not do nothing except spending money on them till finally i met mr ballout since the first imeeting with him i felt conftable with his knowledge and left the office with a smile on my face for the first time. Iwent to the interview... will prepaired by him and i was very confident and optemistic and guess what happened . they aprove my case i have my green card after 20 years of strugle till i ffound the right lawyer i bought my freedom and i can travel where ever i want this is my story and you be the judje

Best decision I made!

I highly recommend Haitham. I am a paralegal with 20 years experience and felt confident that I could handle my daughter-in -law's immigration work by myself. However, on the recommendation of a friend who used Haitham, I decided to talk with him. Based on our interview, I decided to hire him. It... was a wise decision and money well spent. We avoided a couple of potential pitfalls that I am not sure I would have caught or avoided on my own. Haitham was very responsive to questions and instilled a sense of confidence and freedom from stress and worry, making the process painless. The results were great, as hoped, so bottom line-- it was well worth his fee. I highly recommend Haitham for imigration work, and if he knows his other fields as well, I would recommend him in general.

Got my US Citizenship in less than 2 years. didn't even had to go to his office.everything was done via fax,phone,& mail

Mr. Haitham Edward Ballout has been a god sent for me. I was told by another Immigration Attorney that I was never going to become a US Citizenship because an early Honorable Discharge from the US Navy. but he was forthcoming and told not worry. Low and behold in les than 2 years I was a proud US Cit...izen. Mr. Haitham Edward Ballout knows the Immigration laws inside out and keeps pace with all the new changes abd how to apply them. his mastership of the convoluted Immigration constant changes are what makes him the best choice for an attorney who is going to bat for you and get you results. in fact I never meet him all was done over the phone, fax and mail. I could never thank him enouth for his dedicated office staff who worked with me and his personalized customer service together with his proffesionalism and honesty, not only that but his honoraries were the most affordable in the San Fco. bay area. I will strongly recomend him to anyone in need of any INS dealings (home land Secur)

Professional advice and good interpersonal approach

My husband and I went for a consultation at Mr. Ballout office and at the end of the meeting both of us were pleased to meet such a reliable and understanding lawyer. We met up with him just to ask for a legal advice concerning my Green Card application and I appreciated very much his feedback (in t...he last few weeks I had made a personal research about the immigration procedures and applications and Mr. Ballout seem to know everything is to know about it) and that he honestly told us that he sees no red flags in our case and therefore he didn't try to make things look different than they are just to promote his legal services. He was very opened and answered to all my questions and I had many...:) The price of the interview was very attractive and I personally believe that no one would regret if they choose Mr. Ballout as their legal representative, since he's been working in this domain for over 15 years and has a lot of good insights and thus won cases.
