I’m very pleased with services of Kevin! From a first call and beginning of case to the end of the case Kevin stood on top of things to make sure everything was taken under consideration and no details were omitted! My situation was that a person borrowed from me almost 17K with 1 year term with a ...promissory note written by hand. I’d say it was rather complicated case because the other party denied admitting of writing and signing this promissory note and didn’t want to pay back, so Kevin and I had to take this matter to a Court. In fact, an opposite party submitted to Court fake papers and fake story in Pro Per (without Attorney) to counter our case. There were few Court appearances where Kevin on my behalf met with other party. But when there was a first day of case hearing, a person owing the money suddenly wanted to cooperate outside the Court, during mediation (by advice of a Court). During this mediation the other party has agreed to monthly payments and Kevin drafted an Agreement to pay off the whole outstanding amount over 2 year period that satisfied both parties of this Court. Of course, in complicated case like this you just can’t expect quick turn around, but it resolved faster then I expected, a little over a year from first call to Kevin, to having the end result! Kevin communicated to me every step of the way either by phone or email, keeping me informed! If I had to hire Kevin again – I would do that without hesitation! As of Attorney cost, all was as previously agreed and reasonable, without any surprises! I would positively recommend Kevin to a friend or anyone who had landed money and having a problem getting it back!
