I received Kevin’s card rather circuitously and kept forgetting to call him during business hours. I finally decided to leave a message for him on Sunday so I wouldn’t forget on Monday. He got back to me immediately, much to my shock. I have never had cause to work with a lawyer before and Kevin ...was great at explaining the whys and wherefores of what was going on. Mine was a case of a serious motor vehicle accident where I was hit head on and have been through 7 surgeries with two more to come. Although there was very little insurance and no assets to be had, Kevin not only made sure all my bills got paid but I was left with some funds left over. I highly recommend Kevin for his hard work, attention to detail and prompt response to any questions that entered my mind.

I was so lucky to find Mr. Sullivan .....searching online for a lawyer that worked "judgment cases"....I had 3 very old credit card judgments...that were recorded against my home...so I could not refinance without clearing them.....his reviews were great and I gave him a call.......left a message and... he called me right back.....he totally understood what I was going through and wanted to help me.......very sincere ...straight forward fellow......exactly what I needed.....He helped me settle the judgments and I will be forever grateful.....his fees are very, very fair.................Give him a call I believe you will be glad you did.............

I wrote this review on yelp and I will just posted the same review here on Avvo: I had a car accident two years ago while I missed one insurance payment(credit card issue) which resulted in a 100k+ law suit, the issuance company of the other driver paid full amount to him and they came after me fo...r that cost. I did a whole bunch of research trying to find a good lawyer helping me, most ones I found via Google search telling me they don't take car accident defendant cases(they get paid more for helping plaintiff), the other two I talked either on phone or in person left me the impression "I just want your money", one of them even tell me to bring the check before we meet, in his office he asked me to leave a 8k check so he can start helping, in reality, he called another lawyer he worked with and probably he will just sell the case to him. Kevin was my last stop. He is personable and professional, I walked in his office in San Jose, told him what has happened before and after the accident, he asked for my background and explained how cases like this usually goes, including the timeline, different possible scenarios and total expected cost and such. That's how a professional lawyer really should be, he behaved just like the good reviews I found on avvo.com about him, I know he is the right person who can help so I signed the contact with him right away. The case lasted a little over 4 month, we communicated primarily via phone and email, Kevin is very responsive, I got updates whenever there is an update, he would call me in the morning telling me where we are and what's the next step, he sent me the billing invoice with very detailed items on time spent on each task, from which I can tell, he is not just trying to make money out of me, his service is great and the price is fair. With his help, the case got settled for much less, exactly what we shoot for. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sullivan to all my friends, I will keep in touch with him and come to him whenever I need legal help in the future. Thank you, Kevin.
