I know he's an attorney but I could swear he's a therapist too. I contacted his office in a panic about a 3-day notice (eviction) and he picked up the phone right away and was able to understand me even though I barely made since. While he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, it was honest informati...on that was upfront, forthright, and to the point. I'm bipolar and was recently discharged from a medical facility and facing homelessness. He gave me advice that made me grit my teeth because I was so afraid (pure terror) but I did it and it worked out. Then there was a billing issue and he said, you know what, it's on me. He ultimately got reimbursed for his time but I thought it was a nice gesture that he was willing to help a guy out who was struggling.

I sent Kevin 4 e-mails on the same day. What I learned is that if an out of state creditor was to sue me, he would do so in my home state, right? Also, in the above and determining any start of "sol" I have to contact the original creditor for the terms of agreement, right? Also, determination of "s...ol" may not stop ligation but can be used as a defense, right? I know more now than I did then thanks to Kevin. 3 of the 4 e-mails were answered after business hours. I'm sure he has better ways to spend his evenings

Kevin was a great help to me to recover the due amount from one of our customer.
