I hired Jessica initially back in 2014 to address by DUI case, while I had experienced some issues with lack of proper communication, I did a mistake in hiring her again in 2017 to help me with expungement. I did so because I relocated and didn't know one else and so contacted her for help. As alw...ays she charged me all the fee upfront for both early termination of my probation and expungement, while I had no issues paying upfront, but realized that was the mistake I did second time with her. I hired her for this back in March, 2017 and have been regularly emailing, following up with her on her google voice number to get an update, but there was no response or update on my case after the initial review of the petition. I clearly informed her that I have a need to travel out of country for work and personal reasons and would like to clear before I do so, but it took more than a month for her to get back each time I tried contacting her. After 6 months in September of 2017 I had issues with my visa due to DUI and so had to schedule an appointment with embassy, so tried contacting Jessica multiple times both via emails and phone checking to see if she has any update, but no response. When contacted her from a different number, she confirmed that my case has been dismissed, but stated I will need to pay her more to get copies of my court documents. I asked her to write a letter stating that my case has been dismissed, so that I can leverage the same for my visa, she promised but never got back to me. I failed to provide supporting documentation to the embassy and my visa petition got rejected for the same. I am not trying to blame all of this on her, but as an attorney after accepting the case, one is required to communicate with client and provide regular updates. Jessica failed to do so, and as a result of the same I had to go through severe stress and anxiety and having gone through all of this, I would never recommend Jessica to anyone.
