    You probably went through the PC 1203.4 procedure to get your dismissal. This, however changes nothing on your record. Afterwards it will show the arrest, the conviction and the dismissal. Many employers regard 1203.4 relief as rehabilitation but there's no law says they have to.

    WV has 30 days to pick him up. He can speed up the process by waiving his right to oppose extradition. If he fights extradition the process could be prolonged for months.

    If he has cases pending in PA MD will not be able to pick him up until these cases are resolved. The time limit for extradition has not yet started to run in this case.
