Great & Very Professional!

Nate helped me form an LLC for my business and he did a great job. He was very responsive, informative, professional and fair. I would highly recommend him for any legal needs.

Business Planning

After consulting several attorneys on how to best expand our business, I decided to move forward with Nate Kelly as his advice and recommendations were strong from the very start. Most everyone else I spoke with gave one size fits all recommendations and didn’t take the time to understand what I was ...trying to accomplish before making them. Mr. Kelly was different. Since hiring him, he has continued to consult with my team extensively, and has worked together with them in developing a strategy that was easy to implement and has had a significant impact on our growth. His expert counsel and strong business judgement have quickly allowed us to go from a single state entity into a multi state venture that is growing rapidly. Nate Helped Me Set a Strong Foundation for My Startup

I called Nate at the beginning of this year to help me as I launched my business and I was impressed from the very first conversation. He was thorough in guiding me through setting up basic legal foundations while looking strategically ahead to what I will need to be cognizant of based on my business... model. He enabled me to focus on the important parts of starting a business with peace of mind. He helped to build general council knowledge into the business plan right away, which helped create a system that saves legal costs in the long run. Nate is supernatural at contract law. Because my business is relatively complex, it was essential to identify the specific points i would need a contract and what that actually looked like. Working with him was engaging because he took the time to whiteboard my whole processes to figure it out. A super helpful exercise that changed the way I was thinking about my service for the better. Review for Nathaniel Greenberg Kelly

I would highly recommend Nathaniel (Nate). He is extremely knowledgeable and I know I can turn to him to learn the best way to handle legal matters for my company. For instance, I was recently considering legal action against a contractor and Nate helped me understand the pros/cons of various optio...ns and recommended the best course of action based on specifics of the situation. I could tell he had my best interests at heart and his advice was spot-on. Nate is always very helpful and communicative, and prioritizes the needs of his clients. Most importantly, he is trustworthy and honest. Definitely one of the best lawyers I've ever come across.

Wonderful Experience. Understands salient points.

I have hired Nate Kelly to provide legal advice to myself and my partners on investment projects. He is the consummate professional, and has a vast knowledge base in corporate law. In addition, Nate tries to develop a strong understanding of the business objectives of his clients -- including the so ...called "salient points" around a deal. In other words, he knows the details, but doesn't get stuck in them and understands the bigger picture objectives as well. I have recommended him to friends before and will continue to use him as a trusted adviser and attorney. Strongly recommend.
