Highly recommend Nate!

I was in the process of a business dissolution/breakup when my former business partner hired a major law firm and presented me with a long and complex contract that was frankly out of my wheelhouse. Nate quickly identified numerous issues with the contract (that I wouldn't have on my own), which was... completely one-sided and would’ve had me forfeit my IP. Nate was able to help defuse and resolve the issue without unnecessary complications, drama or expense. I’d highly recommend him.

Excellent contract lawyer, even better in negotiation

Achievable hired Nate to draft and negotiate an intellectual property purchase agreement with our most important business partner. This was a mission critical purchase for our business and it was not guaranteed that we could come to an agreement, as there were multiple issues that needed to be addres...sed in the contract. Nate was instrumental in getting the deal done. We worked closely with him on the drafting of the agreement and each step of the negotiation, which Nate eventually took leadership over and began running directly with the counterparty's lawyer. Not only did he ensure we were informed at each step of the process, he specifically took our detailed feedback and got excellent results on key points of our negotiation. As a startup CEO, one of the best things of working with Nate was how he was able to get quickly up to speed on what our company did and what was relevant about each company to the deal. He was able to clearly articulate what was important and relevant to our business in order to help us make informed decisions during the negotiation. We closed the deal in a timely manner and at the agreed-upon price with no major caveats. We are very happy with Nate's services and will continue to work with him on our important business legal needs. I highly recommend Nate for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing business transactions.

Business Buyout

Nate was awesome to work with! Just started a new company but unfortunately, the partnership was not working out. Nate helped me with a Business Buyout. We were able to get this completed and done within two weeks! Would highly recommend Nate!

Great Business Attorney - Contract Enforcement

Mr. Kelly accepted the issue I was dealing with from out-of-state manufacturer and has achieved a great result. After spending a large amount of money on trying to bring an invention to market and not coming out with a straight result from the manufacturer, I started receiving new charges as if the ...idea was being restarted from scratch and more money was needed. A True "LEGAL LIFEGUARD"

With absolutely no need to exaggerate, I had lost ours an hours of sleep, as a result of an audit that was conducted on my corporation by a state funded group. And I thought that what I could do is represent myself. Well, I got a notice of determination that the audit find reliable for $375,000 I was... dumbfounded and defeated with nowhere to turn. I began to look and search and somehow managed to find Nate Kelly. After approximately four weeks of his representation of my case, we reached a final agreement by which the amount was reduced to $60,000, with a payment for program that made it just barely affordable for my company to survive.. Nate, Kellie literally saved my company and save me from having to terminate when I started 42 years ago and nursed like a child during its growth and development over these past 40+ years. There truly is no adequate way to express my gratitude other than to provide testimony to my experience working with Nate. This was a whole new realm for him, and he immediately came up to speed on all of the small minded and very specific regulatory and compliance issues involved in my case. He literally took the ball and ran with. It scored a touchdown and then continue to follow through with, and follow up with us as an ongoing friend to the company..
