Response from Richard BryanJune 13, 2017
Based on the date, I believe this is a former client who either does not understand or for some reason wanted to dispute a billing. The specific complaints were addressed by me. The "duplication" was a separate meeting to obtain more details and support for a proposed motion. The failure to follow instructions was my action in repeating advice to use an inexpensive discovery process to obtain information. The client received a refund of an unused retainer.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Bryan is timeless and old school in that he truly cares about his clients. I have worked with Mr. Bryan for many years and have been both amazed and impressed with the level of respect the judges in the Bay Area afford to Mr. Bryan.
Mr. Bryan also teaches many continuing legal education courses (CLE) to attorneys and is respected by many of his peers. Mr. Bryan is also a designated "SuperLawyer.""
