The best!!!

Michael won my case!! I was about to get my liicense suspended for a year... after a night of partying I felt fine, but I did have some alcohol in my system and I'm only 20 years old, luckily my alcohol level was low enough for not a real dui... I highly recommend Mr. Silveira!.

Brilliant Lawyer

I'm a commercial driver, and my driver license is everything to me. I made the horrible mistake of drinking a little too much one night and getting in my car... I was looking for a lawyer to handle my DUI, and a friend told me about Michael. I had a great experience working with him, he really see...ms to care about his clients. To make a long story short, he was able to get the DUI charge reduced and I am still driving for a living! Can't ask for more.

San Mateo Red Light camera dismissed

Not sure how he did it, but he got my red light camera ticket dismissed. Michael is very easy to work with and understands the court system very well. He saved me hundreds of dollars in fines and a point on my driving record. I am very pleased with his work.

Got My Case Dismissed with Minimal Fuss

The city of Belmont decided to be unusually strict with their late times, but Mr. Silveira handled everything and my case was dismissed.
