James A. Bach

About me

My goal is to find creative ways to achieve our clients' goals, and to provide fast and responsive service.  I understand how important the immigration applications are to our clients, that they can affect the success of a business and provide individuals with the amazing opportunity to live in this great country.  We pride ourselves on being very responsive, and on quickly and efficiently preparing successful applications, with a minimum burden on the HR Departments of our clients.  Our reputation with our clients and the government is based on honesty, hard work, and a thorough understanding of immigration laws and procedures.

As both a fellow attorney AND recent client, I am in a unique position to endorse Jim Bach. Since I knew almost nothing about immigration, I turned to Jim to help me immigrate my wife. In short, both Jim's advice, and his representation, were astute, spot-on, efficient, and successful. I have recommended other clients to his office, with similar successful and satisfactory results. I very highly recommend the office of James A. Bach.
