This office saved our family
I was going to be deported but I wanted asylum. No one would listen to me until I contacted this office. Thank you Don and Robert.

The best!!!
I was searching for an immigration attorney to represent a family member (in ICE custody) after our previous attorney failed to get bond. I do understand that the case was complicated but I quickly got the feeling that our previous attorney would not fight hard enough to win the case. I ended up on avvo.com. I consulted with 4 attorneys mainly over the phone and Robert Jobe was the most confident and who made me feel that winning the case was possible. His fees were very reasonable and I retained him the next day for withholding and cancellation of removal. He assigned a paralegal and attorney (both were fantastic) to the case and worked on the case for 10 mths. Robert was always accessible to answer any of my questions. The big day (hearing) came and my family member got approved for his greencard.
I must say customer service with this law firm is top notch. There were hundreds of emails exchanged between the paralegal and I as we were collecting all the supporting docs. There was so much documentation provided that enabled the judge to make the favorable decision.
I am so thankful for Robert Jobe for keeping our family together. He was not only able to stop the deportation but get the greencard approval.

Amazing Law Team
I was stuck overseas after my assylum case was approved. It was impossible to get back to the US. Bob Jobe, Lina Baroudi, and Tim Smith made it possible. Their effort is priceless. They didn't quote me any extra money for all the extra steps done to get me back. Now, i am a happy resident in the US and applying soon for adjustment of status with this amazing team.

Consultation
I came in for consultation, intending to speak to Robert Jobe about my situation. Instead the consultation was with a lawyer with two years of experience working under Robert Jobe. The lawyer I spoke to was very nice and approachable. She tried her best to assess my options. Unfortunately she lacked the experience to make a decisive recommendation. I would recommend Jobe's firm for consultation because they're still better most. The consultation fee is only $100. I've spoken with lawyers who charged more than twice as much who were nowhere near as helpful. This is definitely a good place to go for a second opinion, which was what I needed.

"Bob Jobe is one of the finest immigration litigators in the United States. He has won more cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit than any lawyer I know. I highly endorse him for both his expertise and his experience."
