I, and 3 other p...eople, were sued by a vindictive person for what we said in court. Needless to say, being sued was horrible. First of all, I would like to start by defining what a lawyer is. A lawyer is a person whose profession is to provide qualified legal assistance to individuals, including the protection of their rights and representation of interests. Having hired Andrei Romanenko there was a feeling that I had hir...ed a prosecutor, there was no talk of protecting the rights and interests of the client. Technically, the documents were prepared and filled out by his secretary with many errors, the work was not done in good faith. And as it turned out later, the final version of the case with amendments was not even checked by the lawyer himself, this is with regard to the documentary component. From the point of view of consultations in the course of the case, it is even worse. The lawyer responded promptly only until the moment of full payment for his services. What followed was a quest. Talking on the phone with a hired lawyer is unrealistic. The call ended in nothing, always answered by his secretary, who, for obvious reasons, is not competent in my matters. To communicate with a lawyer, there was only one option - to write letters to which he answers at best from 2 working days, and at worst, he simply does not answer. The process is not fast. Due to an unscrupulous approach to my duties, due to the lack of a timely response to specific negative factors in the process, unfortunately, my case was on the way to failure and we hired another lawyer with whom we continue our cooperation. Based on my experience, I definitely do not recommend Andrei Romanenko as a migration lawyer. In my case, there are many doubts about the qualifications of a lawyer. Tip: if you still want to work with this lawyer, first talk to him personally, and not by phone, and only then decide whether to work with him or not.
