We retained Charles Smith to represent us in a court case. He showed up completely unprepared and showed signs of mental instability.. Twice while in the court room in the presence of the plaintiff and judge, Charles Smith screamed loudly and in a barbaric and uncontrollable fashion bit down on his w...rist and hand as if taking a bite from a large turkey leg at Thanksgiving dinner. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED BY HIS ACTIONS THAT I WANTED TO CLIMB IN A HOLE TO ESCAPE BEING SEEN WITH HIM. We would not recommend this attorney to anyone who cares about their case.
