The universe smiled upon me when I was referred to John Martin. Just being able to explain my very emotionally charged issue(Probate) to someone who actually listened, asked valid, pertinent questions and was able to explain the reality and totality of my situation was the RELIEF I desperately needed.... After speaking to John, I felt as if a huge weight was lifted and hope returned. I don't know if he is going to take my case but just speaking to him was enough for me. He restored belief in, not only myself, but my reason & cause for going through this horrible situation. I cannot adequately express in words what he did for me! 5 stars isn't enough!

Our trust was in need of being revised and updated, and we had put it off because we did not know of a lawyer to do it for us since the other lawyer had retired. We know the Martin family and had heard that John had recently opened his law practice. John went over the whole process with us and sho...wed the many areas where we needed changes and items lacking in our old trust. The experience was pleasant for us with John answering all our questions and explaining several things about the trust that we never really understood. We are very pleased with out new trust and know that John is available for any help we need in the future.
