Andy handled my divorce case and another case related to the divorce. It was a long drawn out two years and Andy was there every step of the way. Literally over 20 court appearances.
He returns calls promptly and answers emails. This is rare, believe me, when busy dealing with clients. I have used other attorneys in the past who were extremely hard to get ahold of.
This alone would be admirable of Andy. But my best compliment would be he really seemed to care about the case. Most lawyers see you as just another client to bill . Andy genuinely cares. He is a hard worker, prompt on court day and knowledgeable. His fees are extremely reasonable for service provided. One of a very few lawyers I would recommend.

I have worked on several cases with Andy Chen. He is a very competent and uses due diligence in all his cases. If you are looking for an attorney in San Jose, Modesto or the surrounding area focusing on Family Law, you should call Mr. Chen.

Andy successfully solved a difficult tenant problem for me. He also kept me informed of progress during the case. He always responded to my phone calls and answered my questions.
