I’ve been helping people solve problems and improve their lives since 2006. As a solo practitioner, I offer Family Law, Estate Planning, and Bankruptcy services.
In other words, I specialize in fresh starts and new beginnings.
Backed by years of experience and expertise, I can help you achieve:
Divorce—whether quick and peaceful or protracted and bruising—is painful enough without having to go through it alone. I can be your strongest advocate in child custody and support, spousal support, and asset division.
Peace of Mind
Make sure the people you love and the assets you’ve worked so hard to attain are protected. I can set up wills, trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, and other estate planning safeguards.
Feel overwhelmed by financial burdens? I can help you reclaim your life by exploring Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
My office also offers:
· Notary Public services
· Service in Russian and Ukrainian
· House calls for the elderly and home-bound
I went to law school at Temple University—with an emphasis in Trial Practice—and graduated in 2005. While there I won numerous academic accolades: Dean’s List, Phi Beta Kappa, and Trial Advocacy awards. Before that, I received my B.A. in 1999 at Odessa State University, in Foreign Languages and Linguistics (I speak Russian, Ukrainian, French, Dutch, Italian, and Latin). I later decided to obtain a second B.A., this time in Psychology. Both degrees have helped me communicate and connect with clients, making me a more effective advocate.
I also attended Golden Gate Law School to become well-versed in the nuances of California Law.
I live in Daly City, CA with my wonderful family. When I’m not helping clients, I love spending time with my family, and catching up on my long reading list. I’m also a fan of physical fitness, particularly jogging and that oh-so-popular Zumba.
I’m an active member of many organizations:
San Mateo County Bar Association, amily Law Section of the California Bar Association, Family Law and Estate Planning Sections of San Mateo County Bar Association, SFERA (Russian Professional Women Organization member, Russian Professionals and Business Owners Organizations Event Coordinator.
