I got new life line. My attorney worked very hard to keep me in the United States. I used two names. Applied asylum under two different names. Lied to immigration. I am telling others not to do anything wrong. Be honest with immigration. I do not want others to do what I have done. If I would not have Mr. Bhakhri as my attorney, I would have gone back to India. I had Jobe as my attorney before. The best is Mr. Bhakhri. He knows what it takes to do a most complicated case. He takes all the time to listen the client. He knows how to set a plan. He does not care about money. He is most concerned about the case. Money is secondary for him. Mr. Bhakhri is compassionate, caring, human, and very hard working guy. I am glad to pick him up over several other attorneys to do my case. He has saved me and my family. I family would have been on the street, if my case would have been denied. The credit goes to Mr. Bhakhri and his entire team and office staff. They treated me like a family. They always gave me strength and courage. If anybody has complicated immigration matter, i ask to contact Bhakhri office. I like to thank Mr. Bhakhri for his hard work.

I am Salvador. I am from Mexico. I am very happy to say that I am writing few good words for a through gentleman who also happens to be my attorney, Ashwani Bhakhri. I was in the United STATES for 16 years. I went to another attorney in San Jose before contacting Ashwani Bhakhri. He was of no help. Mr. Bhakhri successfully concluded my immigration case in less than six months. He is a most honest person I have ever met in my life. He is too human. He was quite concerned about my health issues. He kept me fully informed. His staff is excellent. I recently went to Mexico to get my migration papers. I had no trouble. It happened exactly the way Mr. Bhakhri told me. I am now a Lawful Permanent Resident. Many thanks to Mr. Bhakhri and his staff and request people to consult this office for immigration related problems. A most knowledgeable attorney! love him. His charges very reasonable. Recommend him to all. God Bless this office.

I am in USA since 1994. I married someone in 1997 for GC only, I was issued GC and had it for 4yrs but during my final interview the immigration officer figured out that this is a fake marriage. I immediately got detained by ICE. I hired Martin Gujardo which was a huge mistake. Not only he charged me lots of money but got my case denied. I was placed in removal proceedings. He immediately applied for asylum. my case went to BIA then to 9th circuit twice. While I was waiting for the decision from 9th circuit, Gujardo got into trouble & lost his license due to malpractice. I then hired Ricci & Sprouls. They charged me good amount of money & did nothing on case which only resulted in getting final deportation order in Dec 2015 for me. I consulted 5 different attorney's & none of them wants to take my case. They all told me that I have reached the end of the rope. There was no other way of me staying in US for 9th circuit court found me guilty in marriage fraud. I gave up and was about to flea to Canada. My good friend talked me into going to see Mr. Bhakhri. I spoke to Mr. Bhakhri and at 1st he also told me that I have no way of staying in USA and that he could not help me in any way. I had some documents with me including my final order of deportation awaiting for bag & baggage letter. Mr. Bhakhri asked me to leave my file with him & he will read my file to see if he could find any loop holes to keep me here in USA. Meantime I received my bag & baggage letter in which I was instructed to turn myself in on 03/14/16 to ICE office. Mr. Bhakri filed U-Visa on my behalf. I was told by Mr. Bhakhri to go to ICE office as Stated in the letter. On my birthday (3/11/16) at 8:30pm Mr. Bhakhri called me and gave me the best b/day present, telling me that he received the U-Visa Receipt which he filed on 3/1/16. He told me to stop by his office B4 I go to ICE office & I did. I went to ICE office & to my surprise I was told by ICE officer that I will not be detained or deported only coz they just received my U-Visa application notice from VSC. All these happened within 10days only because of Mr. Bhakhri's hard work. He is an excellent attorney and has excellent personality. Not to mention his office staff especially Suman L. Singh who has pleasant attitude and extremely helpful. Now the waiting period started for me, hopefully I will be receiving my approval soon. I highly recommend everyone to contact Mr. Bhakhri's office for any or ALL ur immigration needs.

I am happy today. My name is Thalia. I am from Mexico. I have been in the US since 1994. I got my green card today. I thank you attorney Bhakhri for excellant job. I always believed attorney Bhakhri. He is good lawyer. He is honest, candid, and is someone who would talk straight. If your case is bad, he would like. If you have a chance to win, he would tell you. He does not take people's money by making false promises. I have heard from my friends about other lawyers, very bad stuff. People lost money, they lost time, they got nothing. I have referred people to attorney bhakhri, everybody is happy. Attorney Bhakhri was always around to talk to me. I walked into his office without appointment many many times, he would talk to me. I am happy today. I love his office staff. Bhakhri means "success." I never thought that I would get my green card. Now I am planning to go to Mexico to see my family after 21 years. Thank you attorney Bhakhri. LOL.

Hi All. Over the last 2 years I worked on a injury court matter with Ashwani and his other attorney, Joe. The matter was for my uncle, who did not speak much English. Ashwani was recommended to me by my insurance agent. I would like to say that they got the job done, but the customer service could be better. Ashwani himself is a very nice attorney who understands my situation and concerns, and Attorney Joe was the one who actually went with us to court. Joe was good, too. Lady answering the phones at the office, who is the secretary, is definitely rude and condescending as mentioned by other reviewers. I would say she is borderline abusive verbally to people. I assume she is a paralegal, but she did incorrectly fill out my uncle's name and address on several forms. I would recommend Ashwani and Joe, but not the office overall. Seems a bit sloppy, rude and not exactly what I had in mind when I was referred to him.

My father was placed in removal proceedings. He was in the United States. He entered on a different name. He was sent to a immigration judge. He did not appear. After staying in the US, he returned to India. After I became US Citizen, I sponsored him. He was going back and forth. He was stopped at the Airport last year. He was sent to the local office of Citizen and Immigration Service. Then they send him to the immigration judge. From day one, we hired Mr. Bhakhri to help us. He guided us through this nightmare. He helped us in a such a way that we did not feel the heat at all. He kept us composed and calm throughout. He listened us. He gave us more time than we could think of. I would say that he is excellent in communicating with his clients. He was recommended to me by several of his existing and present clients. I thank all who referred us to Mr. Bhakhri. He is highly recommendable. He is successful in getting the removal proceedings of my father terminated. I thank Mr. Bhakhri an his staff for helping us and treating us fairly. He is candid and say things on the face, you like it or not. I did not feel comfortable with what he was saying, but now I appreciate his frankness and honesty with his clients. He is one of the best in immigration field.

I was on the verge of being deported from the United States. My asylum case was denied by all the courts. I was running out of time. I had my 80+ years old mother who was fully dependent on me. She was sick. I was lost. I had representation from Sekhon & Sekhon and then I hired Martin Guajardo. They represented me very poorly. I was packing up to go to India, leaving my mother behind at the mercy of God. A friend then told me about Mr. Ashwani Bhakhri. I spoke to him. I liked him. I decided to hire him. He was my last hope. I did not want my mother to suffer. She did not want to go to India. We had no help. What I liked about Mr. Bhakhri is that he talks straight. He made me to tell the truth. My previous attorneys misguided me. I tell people to hire attorneys very carefully. Mr. Bhakhri's hard work paid off. My case is reopened and it is back to theimmigraton judge. I have hope. My mother has hope. About Mr. Bhakhri's work, it is excellent. He is good. I am very happy. MY case was impossible. It was complicated. I had no hope. If I m here to day, It is because of Mr. Bhakhri's excellent work. Thank you sir.

I am very happy with the work my lawyer has done for me. I am sixteen years old. I came from India. At border, I was arrested. I was put in deportation proceedings. My lawyer brought my case to the asylum office. I was interviewed. My case was granted. My lawyer kept me fully informed about the developments of my case. I was prepared well. After preparation, I felt good and prepared for the interview. My attorney is very knowledgeable. He is honest and very forthright. He never gave me false hope. He told me that he believes in hard work and that is all he can do. He told me that the result is not in his hands. He spent between 15-20 hours to prepare me. I feel blessed. I recommend Mr. Bhakhri to one and all. He is a person with heart. My family and friends are happy. Mr. Bhakhri's staff is very helpful. I would like to state that Ms. Venu Bhakhri is exceptionally intelligent. She accompanied me to the asylum office. She is very through. Mr. Bhakhri's staff is very helpful. Thankkkkyouuuuuuuuuuuu.

I am Vishal. I am writing this review for incredible work Mr. Bhakhri and his office lawyers have done for me. I am not reluctant to say that my case was very complicated and one of the most difficult. I have been in the US almost seven years. My case was denied by the immigration judge in San Francisco. I lost all the hope. I had no hope. Because of Mr. Bhakhri's excellent representation, strategy, and hard work, my case is still alive, now back to the immigration judge. I am hopeful that I will soon be out of deportation. Thanks to Mr. Bhakhri and his office staff for excellent work. Mr. Bhakhri is one of the most candid attorneys I have met in my life. He is amazing, very knowledgeable, he knows what he is doing. He does not give false hopes. He tells you on your face if you have a good case or if there is any hope. My wife, daughter and I are extremely greatful to Mr. Bhakhri.

I am Daljinder and I am delighted to right this review for Mr. Bhakhri because he has done a superb job. I retained Mr. Bhakhri in 2008 and applied for asylum. I was represented in removal proceedings by Venu Bhakhri. I must say that she was thoroughly prepared. She knew all the facts. I was fully prepared. The office did a great job. While my asylum application was pending, I got robbed at my work place. Mr. Bhakhri suggested that I pursue U-Visa. I agreed. Now, USCIS approved my U-Visa case. My wife and son's case got approved too. Thank you Mr. Bhakhri and his office for uniting my family. All the attorneys in Mr. Bakhri' office are credible good and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to all.
