Excellent Experience
I've never been in a situation of retaining legal councel to pursue accident injury claim. The firm that Denis works for was a recommendation from a partner as well as a friend and although I was reticant to pursue the case, I did. Denis was instrumental in putting me at ease and informing me fully on how the case would progress and what our collective responsibilities would be. Denis and his staff ensured that the process would be as smooth and painless as possible and I thank him for that. His attention to my case was consistent throughout and although I don't want to be in the situation again, if I were, I would want Denis to handle the case.

Denis was an honest, passionate, articulate and advocate of my family during a VERY complicated and stressful case. He made himself available to explain the nuances of all the legal aspects of the case and was understanding of the stresses caused by the experience. His attention to detail was unbelievable. I would unequivocally recommend Denis.

Personal Injury
Mr. Delja represented my husband and I after an automobile accident back in February 2009. After reviewing our case he informed us of our rights. Mr. Delja came across as extremely knowledgeable. With out Mr. Delja's assistance we would not have known what we were entitled to. More importantly Mr. Delja was ethical as well as dependable. He would brief us on the progress of the case without us having to contact him. We trusted Mr. Delja’s judgment and we were justly compensated for the other party's negligence.
