When we began our search for the best wrongful termination attorney, we interviewed just about every employment lawyer in Fresno. Several agreed to take the case on a contingent basis. We had the choice of one of the most well-known big firms in Fresno or Kevin Schwinn. After a 2 hour conversation with Kevin on the phone, we knew that he was the best attorney for us. A little over a year later and a settlement check on its way, we know that we made the right choice.
Kevin displayed in-depth knowledge of labor law and, in particular, understood the intricasies of a case pertaining to transportation. What impressed us most, however, was his passion for seeking justice. It wasn't just another case to him; buy rather a cause to right a wrong. His heart convinced us to hire him for our fight.
Throughout the year, he maintained his professionalism, and the highest degree of ethics. Whenever we had a question, doubt, or anxiety attack, he was available to us. He could make his own decisions without consulting managing partners or senior attorneys. Yet, he also had contacts within the legal community that he could consult for additional input.
