Excellent Attorney

I was fortunate to have Mr. Hammerschmidt available to take my case. The first time I spoke with Mr. Hammerschmidt and told him a little bit about my case, he fully supported me. Mr. Hammerschmidt and his staff treated my family and I with the upmost respect and professionalism. I had never needed le...gal counsel services before in my life, I had no idea what to expect, but I found myself facing 3 felonies. With the knowledge and support of Mr. Hammerschmidt he made a really difficult time in my life feel bearable. He walked me through the entire legal process and what was happening, he counseled me at every step and never let me feel alone. He and his staff made themselves available anytime I had any questions, even reaching out to my employer to assure them of his belief in me and my case. Ultimately Mr. Hammerschmidt got my case fully dismissed after a preliminary hearing in which he was able to show and prove my innocence. The Best of the Best!

This is a review I should have written six years ago. However, my gratitude for Mr. Hammerschmidt has only increased over the years. When I was 23, I made the worst mistake of my life, which was both publicized and humiliating. When I first walked into Jeff’s office, I was in one of the most emotiona...l states I have ever been in. Not only was I met with empathy and understanding by Jeff and his team (shoutout to Erica), but I was SO comforted by his evident expertise in his field. I knew I was in good hands. Jeff articulated what was happening in my case every step of the way, which helped ease my anxiety about what was to come. He secured the best possible outcome for my case, which positively impacted the last six years of my life and will continue to do so. Best criminal defense in town!

Jeff and his team worked very hard for the better part of 5 years since my conviction to help me through the DUI process as well as getting it expunged. I can not thank Jeff and the rest of Hammerschmidt law enough for all there help.

Auto Accident Felony DUI Prescription Medication

Auto Accident Charged with Felony DUI Great Bodley Harm for prescription medication. I was referred to Jeff Hammerschmidt for this felony charge and glad that I contacted him for this case. After a consultation Jeff took on the case keeping me informed by phone and emails. Jeff and his staff were s...o great and professional gathering information to defend me in this case with medical records of the second party and discovering faults claims of injuries. At the end this case was dropped to a misdemeanor DUI. This was a win to me. If I was to ever need a defense lawyer again or to refer someone Hammerschmidt Law would be the one. Sincerely Lisa
