Words cannot explain how grateful I am for Anjali.
Anjali Bansal is amazing! She represented my son in Juvenile Court. She fought for our son and we had a great outcome! The D. A. was wanting a strike, we went to trial. The judge reduced the charges to misdemeanors. She was very patient and attentive to our questions and concerns throughout the tria...

Sealing or Expungement
Good afternoon, I wanted to leave a comment/ review as tactfully and respectfully as possible as this is not to put Ms Bansal or her firm down, but I wanted to express and give the full context of what happened to me so people are aware if this is a route they want to do or take. I hired Ms Ba...
Good morning, Thank you for your review. I am aware of this particular case and the client who requested this. While I appreciate tour concerns, please keep in mind that because you were not arrested, your DOJ background should never have reflected an arrest. You were informed that because the statutory of limitations on your particular felony charge had not run out that it was a not a guarantee that your whole record would be expunged. With that advice, you still wanted your DOJ rap sheet to be corrected so that way when your background was run, it did not reflect an arrest, and you could truthfully check on all applications that you had never been arrested. There were hours of work dealing with the arresting agency to get DOJ to correct their error as there was a lapse there. The Firm wishes you well.
