My son pulled a prank with his teenage friends by walking out of a store with a plant - about $10 worth of unpaid merchandise. Ten seconds of foolishness came crashing down on him when he was arrested and charged with shoplifting. I called several attorneys who insisted the only option was the standard practice of a guilty plea, shoplifting diversion training, and a later filing to expunge the record (which I know never really erases). Amy was the only attorney who suggested a better solution: she would contact the DA's office and present them with info showing my kid was a good student with a great track record who did a stupid thing and regretted it. Through Amy's initiative, my son was able to make an informal agreement to do community service in exchange for the charge being dropped. We can't thank her enough.
the person wasn't in the know, not in tune to reality...
she said...I was to go to the court house and get my self on the court docket . for my felony arrest warrant
and don't worry they wont arrest you at all .. my experiences for a traffic warrant the will take you out of work.. she said they dont care no big deal.
she just wasn't for me

Relationship: Worked together on matter
Amy is passionate, compassionate, and a true advocate. I have seen her in court and I have worked with her on cases as co-counsel and she has never ceased to amaze me with her level of professionalism and her incredible skills and knowledge. I highly and whole heartedly endorse Amy.
Jonathan Rooker, DUI and DWI Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer. I have seen Amy in court since I was interning while attending law school. She preps every aspect of a case, and is ready to argue each point to assist her clients. She fights hard, and takes each case serious. Excellent Attorney!
