The more I studied the Patent Process, the more I came to appreciate Mr Ryan's intellect, knowledge and command of this broad field of law. He possesses a superior ability to argue patent examiner claim rejections to a positive outcome each time. That's why I continue to use only Richard Ryan,(I have tried others). I am working through my 4th very complicated patent (3 Issued with Him) and He is good to work with. Like any highly competent Professional He is very busy all of the time. It is sometimes hard to get an immediate response but when you get it it will be based on solid knowledge and reason. Totally worth it for my Valuable Intellectual Property! I'll be working with Him for years to come!

Unfortunately, I would like to report the contrary to my statements. I first contacted the attorney via a phone conversation and found him to be courteous and polite. However, after having contracting him and paying him for services, I have yet to receive those services. I have spoken to him twice and sent out numerous emails asking for my provisional patent number. He has not delivered as of today's date.
