An attorney you can trust completely.

Martha Butterfield Spalding is such a breath of fresh, quality air for us. We have met and worked with her on our own Trust, as well as our aging parents. She is so experienced and knowledgeable in elder care, estate planning, and addressing challenges. We first met with her in 2004 and are so gra...teful to know we can come to her when needed (which we have through the past ten years). She follows through, she is attentive and compassionate, she has been our pleasure to deal with areas that are not easy and emotional. She is very fair and one of the few attorneys we've worked with whose true purpose is to help. We are very fortunate to have her as our attorney. I recommend her without reservation or pause. Thank you for providing this opportunity.

Knowledgeable, personable, diligent, trustworthy, and extremely helpful.

I was/am in need for help with my failing parents' care and financial arrangements. Ms. Spalding went above and beyond the call of duty to help by doing things such as: Keeping in contact by phone and email; Taking forms for my parents to sign to their home because driving has become difficult; Findi...ng out information on Veteran's benefits, filling out all of the paperwork, and meeting with an expert in that field to learn more about how to help us. I would highly recommend Ms. Spalding.
