I can’t say enough good things. We had a horrible PD that had no idea how to handle a mental health case. After multiple complaints the PD’s manager said I have an option to petition the court for a free private attorney. The court approved and David Faulkner was appointed to us. He moved quickly and... knew exactly what he needed to do to assist my som to get through the mental health program of the courts and was able to get him out of jail and received mental help and through that system he was able to remove his felony. Mr. Faulkner was completely professional in all aspects handling my case. He was aggressive from the very beginning. Had his private investigator come to my house to enter view me, and get a good look around to see the injustices that took place here from the accusers and their false accusations that... they had told the police.
