Eric has been my attorney since 2011 wherein he finalized my divorce. He now represents my brother in a criminal matter. On Monday Eric was able to get three out of four of the felonies dropped and is petitioning the court for dismissal of the remaining charge. When I first made an apt with Eric Hamilton, it was at his office. After I explained my situation, he was very quick to shoot every question of mine down and was very negative towards me. Well, I was in a bind and hired him. I was at court and .... well, he was not there on time. When he was ther...e, he didn't even talk with me or ask for any explanations or anything from the other attorney that my ex had. It's like he was afraid to ask anything, just agreed to everything. Sure, I could've fired him, but again, I was in a bind. We went into the back for child support hearing and it was me, the ex and her attorney.... Eric Hamilton was outside talking to another client. It was so bad, that the opposing attorney, Smith-Hensen asked me if I wanted her help. I was so embarrassed, it was ridiculous. I still got raked over the coals. I've seen him in court within the past year talking to his clients and I wanted so badly to warn them, however I didn't know what bind they may be in, like I was. It took him 3 years to dispute my last review... 3 years!!! I do not personally recommend this attorney to anyone going through a family law case. Not whatsoever.

Eric Hamilton was hired to help my daughter in a family matter. He was so thoughtful and paid attention to the details of the case. He knew exactly what to do and say in court to win. Eric is the best lawyer out there. First of all when I called him the first time was on a Sunday and he returned my call first thing Monday morning and we set up an appointment to meet on that Wednesday. I live 200 miles away from him so it was the quickest I could get to him, once I met him I hired... him after talking to him for 5 minutes. And it was the best choice I ever made. My case for child support and other things kept getting delayed but he stayed on top of it, he answered every email, he returned every phone call. There where even times we talked on a Sunday. Once my case was before the judge Eric did an awesome job, I couldn't have been happier with the results Eric got me. If I ever have to deal with this again Eric is on my speed dial cause he will be the one that I call. There is nobody better.
