I consulted with Brian two times via telephone. It's my opinion that when you talk to a lawyer, they are responsible for any advice they give you - whether or not you pay them. The attorney-client privilege extends to that first conversation. The times I consulted with him, he gave conflicting advice based on the same situation. the first time I talked to him, he was nice about things and said he would be interested in the case, but the second time I consulted with him about it, he was not interested, didn't remember the things we had talked about, didn't listen to the facts very well, and gave completely different advice. So, I could not hire him because I do not trust his opinion. And I can't recommend him for the same reason. He was also rather rude.
